main raw material, which is recrystallized at 2200 ° C. The normal operating temperature can reach 1450 ° C. Under reasonable 

usage conditions, it can be used continuously for more than 2000 hours in the air without any protective atmosphere.

Silicon carbon rods have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, fast heating up, 

long service life, small high-temperature deformation, and convenient installation and maintenance. Has good chemical stability. 

If matched with an automated power supply system, accurate constant temperature can be obtained, and temperature can be 

automatically adjusted according to the actual needs of the production process according to the curve. It has been widely used in 

various high-temperature electric furnaces, kilns, and electric heating equipment in industries such as electronics, magnetic materials, 

power batteries, rare earth calcination, powder metallurgy, ceramic glass, and machinery.
